due to bland, makeshift invicible charecters and some sex scenes

misery - stephen king
i loved the book but the overwhelming amount of violence and the detail he goes in... i had to stop reading for a bit.
xD really, stephen king could be banned from anywhere.
uh...
depending on the age group in the library, the kids i watch over read Junie B. Jones and those should be shut with firey bullets
poor grammar and spelling, poor literary example.

I don't know of any, but one book that SHOULD be banned due to the fact it's the most boring AND MESSED UP!!! book ever is The Good Earth by Buck Pearl, or whatever the author's name is. Never read it. It's awful. D:

Hahah... Card, in America there is a list of books per state that are banned and not sold in that state.
For Utah (and a few others), I know there is Catcher in the Rye.
I don't want terrible books, I want ones that have been deemed by the state as 'obscene', because it is National Banned Book Week.
So I want to read some.
For other places books like Harry Potter are banned, and Fahrenheit 451.
and it's also for a class...

Oh... I went to the restricted section in the library last year. There are a couple there that should really be burned... They had good information just poor description, *Laughs her evil laugh* I will not, however, list them here... |
